01 / Positioning
A design-driven supply integrator.
CosmoLab combines in-house design with coordinated supply across cooperating manufacturers. Layouts, technical interfaces, quality checks and documentation are managed as one project.
Our scope covers design and supply integration. On-site measurement, permits, local compliance verification and site works remain with the client and local engineering partners.
02 / Comparison
Where the boundaries sit.
CosmoLab organises design and supply between the strengths of factories, traders and local contractors -- with clear limits.
| Capability | Pure factory | General trader | Local contractor | CosmoLab |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| In-house cross-disciplinary design | Product-focused only | Outsourced or none | Local scope only | Layout · MEP · airflow |
| Multi-supplier integration | Single line | Reselling | Local sourcing | Coordinated BOM |
| Dual review (design + commercial) | Production self-check | Limited | Site-led | Documented sign-off |
| Centralized QC before shipping | Per factory | Rarely | On arrival | One inspection point |
| Export & installation documentation | Basic | Variable | Local only | Coded packages |
| Transparent certification scope | Own certs | Often overstated | Local compliance | Holder · version · report |
CosmoLab does not perform on-site measurement, final local compliance interpretation, permits, or main-contract site works. Local sizing and regulations are provided and verified by the client or local engineering party.
03 / Capabilities
Evidence, not adjectives.
In-house design
Layout, elevations, 3D, ventilation, gas, water, power and finishing prepared by internal designers.
Supplier integration
Orders organised across cooperating suppliers with unified numbering, versions and interfaces.
Dual review
Design lead checks technical drawings; sales verifies scope and commercial terms before production.
Centralized QC
Goods from multiple suppliers gathered at one location for inspection against product, version and specification.
Documentation
Project-room-product-part coding across export documents, packing and installation guides.
After-sales responsibility
Defined acknowledgement times, warranty terms by material and traceable replacement handling.
04 / Certification scope
Stated exactly, never stretched.
Company system certificates, supplier certificates and product test reports are always described separately, with holder, standard version, covered products and report numbers.
Management systems
Prove organisational management, not individual product performance.
Product test reports
Cover only the materials, models and configurations listed in the report.
Local acceptance
Local building, fire, safety and tender-specified standards are verified by the buyer and local authorities.
