01 / Supplier matching
Matched by category and capability.
Laboratory furniture
Coordinate laboratory benches, fume cupboards, storage cabinets, balance tables and seating within the agreed project scope.
Materials and specifications
Match all-wood, steel-wood, all-steel, polypropylene and stainless-steel furniture requirements with partner supplier capabilities.
Accessories and system materials
Coordinate laboratory taps, gas outlets, extraction accessories and related ventilation, gas, water and electrical equipment or materials.
Supplier coordination
Production may be allocated across suppliers by product category, capability and price, with finished goods brought together for inspection, packing and loading.
02 / Unification
One record across suppliers.
Keep product references and quantities aligned across purchasing, inspection and packing records.
Identify files by project, revision and date. Superseded versions are withdrawn after a new version is confirmed.
Coordinate confirmed material and colour requirements across suppliers. Changes require written customer confirmation.
Review production drawings against confirmed dimensions and interfaces. Customers or local contractors verify site measurements and local requirements.
Coordinate supplier schedules against agreed order requirements. Production timing is confirmed in the pro forma invoice.
Use project, room, product and component references that match the installation drawings and packing records.
03 / Review & inspection
Make complexity inspectable.
Confirm the supply scope
Record project requirements, drawings and product specifications for written customer confirmation.
Review production drawings
Partner suppliers prepare production details for our design lead to review. Changes to dimensions, structure, materials, colours, interfaces or function return to the customer for written confirmation.
Follow production and supplier checks
Coordinate versions, quantities, interfaces and delivery dates. Each supplier performs its own inspection before consolidated inspection.
Inspect and consolidate
Bring finished goods together and check products, quantities, revisions, colours, labels and interfaces. Standard products are sampled; non-standard products are checked individually before packing and loading.
04 / Single point of contact
Clear communication. Clear responsibilities.
Project communication
Your sales contact remains the commercial point of contact after the order is placed. Our design and order-follow-up teams coordinate technical reviews, supplier production, inspection and shipping. Key drawings, changes and approvals are recorded in writing under the same project reference.
Manufacturing disclosure
We do not own or control a factory. Products are manufactured by partner suppliers, while our team coordinates requirements, design, supplier follow-up, quality inspection, export and installation support.
05 / Related services
Connected across the project.
Laboratory planning and design
Coordinate laboratory layouts and related system design around the confirmed project requirements. Local measurements, code review and approvals remain with the customer or local contractor.
Quality inspection and consolidation
Combine supplier self-inspection with consolidated inspection, packing records and coordinated container loading.
Installation support
Discuss overseas installation guidance, a domestic trial assembly with recorded instructions, or installation drawings according to the agreed scope.
