02 / RESPONSIBILITY PRINCIPLES
Clear records.
Controlled changes.
Written confirmations and consistent project documents keep design, supply and site work aligned when requirements change or an issue occurs.
Confirm inputs before production
Dimensions, materials, colours, worktops, hardware and equipment models require written confirmation. Conflicting inputs are clarified before the work proceeds.
Keep one approved version
Project documents carry a project reference, version and date. A newly confirmed version replaces the previous version.
Reassess every change
Changes are requested in writing. Price and timing are reassessed, documents updated, and acceptance and any additional payment confirmed before implementation.
Resolve errors by their cause
Client-supplied dimension errors and Yuchuang design or production errors are handled according to the confirmed cause and project records.
Separate guidance from site delivery
Overseas engineer support consists of demonstration and guidance for local workers. The client arranges site readiness and the agreed travel and service costs.
Record exceptions in the order
Shipping terms, installation support, inspections, exclusions and special requirements are confirmed in the quotation and PI. Project-specific responsibilities follow those documents.
03 / SCOPE BOUNDARY
Supply and coordination.
Local site delivery.
Yuchuang works with partner manufacturers and does not own or control a factory. Our role combines in-house design, supplier coordination and project supply; local site delivery remains a separate responsibility.
Yuchuang coordinates
- Requirements and laboratory layout / design coordination.
- Furniture, accessories and agreed system equipment or materials.
- Partner supplier coordination and production drawing review.
- Consolidated inspection, packaging and agreed export arrangements.
- Installation drawings, domestic trial assembly or overseas guidance, as selected.
- After-sales assessment and coordination for supplied products.
Client / local teams arrange
- Site measurement and confirmation of dimensions.
- Local standards review, permits and approvals.
- Construction, site readiness, workers, tools and access.
- Local installation and system commissioning.
- Final site acceptance and local compliance review.
- Buyer-side logistics and site services under the agreed order terms.
Yuchuang does not undertake overseas site measurement, local general contracting or final local compliance acceptance.
04 / BEFORE ORDER CONFIRMATION
Define the interfaces before work starts.
Confirm the project scope with your Yuchuang contact
Provide the project location, confirmed drawings and dimensions, laboratory use, applicable local requirements, required products and systems, installation arrangement and target timing.
Record the agreed supply list, exclusions, drawing version, trade terms, inspection requirements and installation support in the quotation and PI.
