01 / Overview

An asset-light, design-driven supply model. What is delivered is project certainty -- not a factory.

Yuchuang coordinates cooperative production through design review, supplier organisation and quality control.

Production drawings are reviewed before manufacture. Finished goods are consolidated for inspection, then numbered, packed and loaded with unified project traceability.

02 / Supply model

Integrator, not manufacturer.

Yuchuang operates no owned or controlled factory. Production is completed entirely by a small set of cooperative suppliers under Yuchuang review.

M.01

No owned factory

No owned or controlled production facility. The role is design, organisation, review and control.

M.02

3-4 cooperative suppliers

A concentrated supplier group, with one core supplier, organised by category capability and price.

M.03

Category-based division

Orders may be split across suppliers by capability and price, then unified by Yuchuang control.

03 / Workflow

From drawing to container.

Each step resolves into a controlled state: deepened, reviewed, inspected, numbered and loaded.

Step 01

Supplier deepening & self-inspection

Suppliers complete production deepening and self-inspection before submitting production drawings.

Step 02

Yuchuang review

The design lead reviews production drawings; follow-up unifies numbering, version, colour, quantity, interface and delivery.

Step 03

Centralized inspection

Finished goods from multiple suppliers are consolidated to a single location for inspection before packing.

Step 04 / Inspection method

QC / standard

Sampling for standard items

Standard products are checked by sampling against reference and packing lists.

QC / non-standard

Piece-by-piece for non-standard

Non-standard products are inspected piece by piece for size, colour, cut-outs and interfaces.

Step 05 Project · Room · Product · Part

Numbering, traceability & container loading

Products, packaging and installation materials use a unified numbering scheme, then are loaded into containers.

04 / Inspection record

What is verified before packing.

Every consignment resolves into an inspectable, numbered state before release.
